Crizzy’s Japanese and Filipino Dishes can be traced back to Marycris Garcia’s establishment of Crizzy’s Cuisine in 2018. Crizzy’s Cuisine is a Canadian restaurant that also provides catering, party planning, and event planning.

Crizzy’s Cuisine was renamed Phils Cafeteria at the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020, providing cultural gentrification among Filipinos in Canada by serving Filipino speciality meals and delicacies. Phils Cafeteria’s core target customer has gotten more enticing.

Marycris founded Crizzy’s Japanese and Filipino Dishes in Tarlac, under the umbrella of its franchise Ramen and Grill Station, which has two locations in Tarlac City and Concepcion, Tarlac, as well as the Silog Delights.

Silog Delights will provide the traditional Filipino breakfast, the Silog which stands for “Sinangag and Itlog” (garlic fried rice and egg). The Silog family of dishes includes a variety of foods. The only variation between them is what comes with the garlic fried rice and sunny-side-up eggs.
